You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content without permission.
Our services
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in a separate proposal or contract before work begins. Information on this site (including pricing) is indicative and may change.
Payments
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects use a 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion before launch.
- Pay 100% upfront for a 20% discount where offered.
- Recurring care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the website we deliver, including files and accounts as applicable. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. White-label engagements are confidential and never shown.
Warranties & support
Builds include a warranty period as stated in your package. The warranty covers defects in our work, not changes caused by third-party updates, hosting issues, or edits made by others.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver quality, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
